OUR CLIENT AND HIS PROBLEM
As HEADIM does not only work with national and multinational giants, but also with startups, we were very interested in cooperation with the South Bohemian Science and Technology Park. One of the goals of JVTP is to support business in the South Bohemian region and provide an environment for the development of local start-ups.
OUR DELIVERY
Together we decided to organize an event that would be beneficial for entrepreneurs in the initial phase of their business, in other words, we wanted to set up a business incubator. The result was a two-day intensive Start Up Camp, where the participants faced key business issues and challenges. We wanted to increase both their business know-how and help them set the right goals and provide them with the opportunity to connect with each other. The Start Up Camp agenda included, among others, topics such as the creation of business and marketing strategy, company processes, financial management of the company, the role of the CEO in the company, recruitment issues, sales-pitch communication, etc.
The event took place in early October and was attended by about ten entrepreneurs, either as individuals or as a team.
